BennyBeauBooks is the independent publishing imprint of Ben A. Dwamena, MD, headquartered in East Lansing, Michigan. The imprint was founded in 2026 from a lifetime’s conviction that careful work is itself a form of service — that a well-built book, whether it carries a statistical method, a clinical atlas, a memoir, a meditation on Scripture, or a call to civic renewal, can outlast its author and bless readers it will never meet.

Our catalog spans Bayesian computation and diagnostic test accuracy meta-analysis, nuclear medicine and molecular imaging, theology and devotion, memoir, and civic education for Ghana and the African continent. Every title is author-produced to professional standards, typeset with care, and offered in the hope that it will repay the reader’s time many times over. The imprint does not chase trends; it serves subjects the author has lived with.

Why an independent imprint?

Because the subjects that matter most to this author — the mathematics of medical evidence, the imaging of the living body, the life of faith, the renewal of African civic culture, and the memoir of one life lived across two continents — are not always served by the market. BennyBeauBooks answers to the reader and the subject. Each book is made the way a good instrument is made: deliberately, and to last.

Every BennyBeauBooks title is written, typeset, and designed by its author in professional typesetting systems, then manufactured and distributed through established print and e-book channels. The result is a book held to the standard of a university press, produced with the care of a craftsman who will use it himself.
