About the book
Synopsis
Revere Truth, Honor Dignity: A Modern Decalogue is not a replacement for the Ten Commandments given through Moses — those still stand — but a companion for an age that has forgotten how to stop. Across ten chapters, it takes up ten ethical postures for a fractured time, beginning with the oldest temptation of all: the lie that surrenders truth to ideology, party, ethnicity, or nation.
Each chapter states its commandment, sets it beside a triad of scriptural witnesses, and develops it through exposition and three case studies — personal, professional, and civic — before closing with questions for reflection. Grounded in Scripture yet written to be engaged across traditions, it moves from conviction to conduct: what it means, concretely, to revere truth and honor human dignity when both are under pressure.
